Pillar 1: Expose
- White Papers & Guides → 7 reports (one per mountain) exposing globalist agendas and showing practical counter-agenda solutions.
- Campus Mobilization → 10 universities reached with drives, workshops, and mobilization campaigns.
- Policy Engagement → 50 decision-makers engaged with Takeover briefs and ideas by 2026.

- Youth Training → 500 young people trained in influence skills—media, leadership, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and system-building.
- Alternative Systems Pilots → 2–3 working models launched (e.g., OFI Studios for Media, food sustainability projects, health initiatives).
Pillar 3: Multiply
- Scholarships & Empowerment → 100 scholarships of ₦100,000 each, plus mentorship and empowerment packages.
- The Takeover Network → Expansion of the SSC Tribe into a continental coalition of builders, mentoring and multiplying impact beyond the conference.
